Refund Policy

At BN Ayurveda Sansthan Private Limited, we value our customers and strive to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Below is our refund policy:

1. Order Cancellation
   If a customer decides to cancel their order before it has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to their account within 7 business days of the cancellation request. the product will be eligible for return within 5-6 days.

2. Non-Delivery of Medicines
   In the rare case that the ordered medicines do not reach the customer due to logistical issues, a full Refunds will be credited within 7 -10 business days after approval.

3. Unwillingness to Take Delivery
   If the customer refuses to accept the delivery of medicines after the shipment, the refund process will be initiated after the products are returned to our facility in proper condition. Refunds will be credited within 7 -10 business days after approval.
